• Prices and specifications shown on the website are indicative only and may change without notice.

Orders

An order is accepted only when we confirm it in writing. Please check the confirmed configuration, quantities and delivery details before you proceed.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Shipping method, packaging and responsibility for freight, insurance and customs are stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in the quotation or order confirmation.

Warranty and returns

Warranty period, coverage and return or repair procedures for a product are provided with the quotation or order confirmation. To raise a warranty or support matter, use the support request form.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blaze Info Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
